Title. Went to a L3 hiring event but they weren't hiring for engineering at the time (unlike the ad for the hiriing event said .....). But they did say roles would open after new year.
Any idea? (looking for manufacturing/industrial egnienering type roles btw)

This is another post from an HR rep that is trying to front that people actually WANT to work at L3H. These bims are so funny.
If you're truly an engineering grad, perhaps you already possess the skills to do a basic job search. If not, you'd fit in perfectly at L3H.
Do yourself a favor and find another company. L3harris is the worst pick out of many.
I know a dozen people in the process of leaving - and those that are not already working out notice are scrambling to leave. Reorg was just announced at 7am so who knows what is going to happen?
