I went from a great boss who acknowledged everyone's contributions and made sure everybody gets credit for their work to a guy who was promoted through nepotism and who barely knows what he's doing - other than taking credit for all of our work. What kind of a company lays off somebody like my former boss to replace her with an incompetent id--t?
