Idk about other stores, but ours is filled with just pulses. They hired anyone that walked through the door just so there are some names on schedule. Doesn't matter that they never show up or when they do, they don't lift a finger.

Yes, they have determined the stores are way over staffed. Need to cut hours and layoff more workers. Some stores were over scheduling and having three employees in the building at the same time.
