VZ to delay 5ghee roll out another 2 weeks

AT&T and Verizon said Monday that they will delay activating new 5G wireless service for two weeks following a request by Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, who cited the airline industry’s concern that the service could interfere with systems on planes.

The announcement reversed the companies’ decision just a day earlier to reject any postponement in new 5G service.

Buttigieg Goes from small town mayor to a cabinet position with no experience all. All because he made a deal with the dems , dropped out of the race and asked his supporters to rally their votes around Biden .
No qualifications needed. Now he’s pushing around two big , billion dollar telcos.

It was the lawsuit that the airlines threatened that cause VZ and T to blink, not the FAA.

It's very interesting watching the FCC and FAA go at it as well as the Airline industry and Telecomm. Who is paying off more politicians?
