Management will always choose to promote those who will protect them and side with them in any situation with little to no resistance - so seeing all these yes-men get promoted is no surprise. I'm not saying this is right, on the contrary, but it's not surprising. We are long past days when promotions were based on how hard you worked. This is our new reality.

This company promotes a lot of empty suit mutherfockas. These guys have no fuhking idea what they are doing. I don't respect the management team at this company. Many of them are promoted because they either kiss azz or they are friends with someone in upper management. Many of them are of no value to me. They don't know shlit or just lazy.
Go with a name change over s-x change. You’ll at least get the interview
