Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Does there always have to be such chaos?

I don't understand how could these people get into those positions with such bad communication skills. People who are not assertive, who have no emotional intelligence and who try to solve all problems by yelling at others. Unbelievable.
Do they know how to solve anything in a normal and professional way? Sometimes it seems to me that they don't really want to solve any issues, they just want to show that they are important through dominating others. It's childish, disgusting and I'm sick of it!

well what is being described here is when 40 year old children are managers... we have two such children managing in our club... hissy fits are their only management tools... one of them believes if you have a hard time getting done in time doubling your workload will inspire you and enable you to move faster... the other stomps their feet like a three year old in a toy store demanding a particular toy if recovery is not double one hundred percent by closing time , no matter if you are short on people or if you had other projects all day... grow folks , grow up...

But but but diversity is our strength…. Get used to it. The more “diverse” your company gets the more of these problems you will have. This is what happens when a company hires people to fill a checkbox of diversity instead of hiring the most qualified person.
