I don't know anyone who has been looking for a new job for more than 3-4 months and hasn't found one. Even a colleague who, due to her specific situation, thought she would never find anything better, found a very good job. So those who are still here I think are mostly those who are not looking for new options for now and who have a greater tolerance for all kinds of behaviors of their managers. I could no longer tolerate it at all.
