Colleagues I loved working with left a long time ago. We are in touch, and I would say that now all of them are doing better than me who stayed here. They’re better paid and they’re not under as much stress as I am.
I stayed because I didn’t believe the grass was much greener elsewhere and now I can only see that I just lost a lot of time here. If I could turn back time, I would not stay here for more than two years. I think 2 years is maximum how long one should stay here?

Yes, Sprint customers are leaving. A lot of them would rather pay higher bills at Verizon and AT&T than stay with T-Mobile. Even former Sprint employees who now work for T-Mobile are porting their lines out. I know I did the moment I found out about the data breach.
T-Mob missed their numbers because they can no longer double/triple count their sub-adds.
You won’t be the only one leaving. T Mobile missed their subscriber growth number. Ki---d on Wall Street. Wonder if they will play the shell game to make their numbers look better next qtr. I wonder if sprint customers are leaving to atnt or vz?
I would leave unless you know your getting a severance. There are much better places to work. You just have to get your but in gear and go and don’t be afraid. T Mobile is a dying brand. The fad of being the uncarrier is over. They no longer stand out. Sievert will be kicked out soon. He’s rich so it doesn’t matter.
You should leave now and stop complaining.
