Nobody wants to stay at CoreLogic. People are leaving in droves and with every right. Everybody here is underpaid, from new recruits to people who have been here for years. The company doesn't want to pay employees what they're worth but there's always money for those on top to get ridiculous compensations. We'll see how it works out when everybody worth their salt is gone.

I believe with some of the recent hirings and contractors being from third world countries that the writing is on the wall. It's much easier and less costly to lay off non-USA citizens i.e. Mexico, India, Costa Rica, Guatemala, etc. It's just a matter of time when parts or all of the company are sold off by the investment firms.
People who left think they had capability of adapting to new ideas but had form decisions about what to do and not based 9n past work. Time to let go and start over. Corelogic needs to hire better not cheap talent. The return on investment hiring smart people is greater than incompetent people who can't get it right and just create the problems the company has to solve daily. We create our own problems
Replying to 2wkp+1eGKY1rI. Please give the initials of some of these former employees these welcomed turnovers. Some of us left CL for legitimate reasons and had nothing to do about a lack of knowledge or capability of learning new technology.
Some of the turnover is welcomed. Time to relinquish decision making power from the experts of 20 years ago. Technology and market demands have changed. And too many are holding onto old decisions and habits because they don't have current knowledge to improve.
