Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

What kind of employees do they want?

Increasingly, I think the US Bank does not want happy employees, which would be common sense because happier employees are more productive and better employees.
But no, they want employees who have been undervalued for so long that their self-confidence is destroyed, so they do not leave and stay here until the US Bank decides to get rid of them.

If you want to get ahead at the bank, always act miserable, overworked, and exhausted. Management hates happy employees. They think it's their first priority to extinguish any signs of happiness. Broken employees are life long employees. You have no other options but to work here.

The problem is the manager chain. Bad commanding structure promotes sneaky characters.
