Unemployment would not follow as you did not follow the company policy.
That isn't how that works. By your reasoning, a company could say "well, our policy is you now have to work 10 hours a day, in a location 75 miles from your current location" and no one would be eligible for unemployment for that constructive dismissal.
Remember the 10th Amendment. States can mandate if they choose too. In additional companies can implement their own policy and procedure. If Sam's wanted to they can make it happen with or without a court decision.
Then if you choose not to follow the vaccination policy you could be suspended and eventually terminated. Unemployment would not follow as you did not follow the company policy. No different than the other policy's you have signed off on hundreds of times but never bothered to read.
Vaccinations work to a degree, but I don't know what degree. So the less carriers around me the better even though I've got all the shots. I haven't grown a finger out of my forehead either.
No it won't. The Supreme court will knock it down this week. That being said, if the vaccinations work and you are vaccinated, why does it matter if anyone else around you is vaccinated or not?
Probably never. The President's mandate, that was supposed to start Jan. 4, will be held up in courts forever.
