Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

CEOs have ruined MANY companies. Will Fiserv be next?

I know many Fiserv higher-ups scan these boards and usually leave really d-mb/stupid comments to kiss Franks a-s, we all know they do, but moral in the company is abysmal. Plus, bleeding continues and I know MANY people who have either found a job or who are actively looking.

Anyone who thinks that Frank is doing a good job and has his hands firmly on the wheel should be lobotomized for stupidity. MANY CEO's have ruined companies through the years and time will tell if Fiserv is another victim.

Many incredibly smart people have left my division because of the vaxxing mandate or the return to office mandate and its just business as usual for the higher ups. So much knowledge either walked out the door or was forced and this is a sign of good leadership?

I can honestly say that my team at Fiserv is one of the best I have ever been on. I really love working with my team mates, whats left of them, and thats why I am bailing. They were pushed out or simply let go.

Fiserv culture was the absolute best and its been absolutely destroyed by the cancer we know as Frank.

Check out the Wikipedia link about Bob Nardelli. Sounds very similar to the approach being taken by Frank at Fiserv.

Staff knows much about management without an MBA. At Hope Depot many years, my wife doubted anyone would know about the hated Bob Nardelli. He almost destroyed the chain and wrecked internal IT was he was at it. Oh, really? says I. Well inside I mentioned his name to an associate and BOY did the look of sheer hate come up. Yeap, staff knows. And Fiserv was good before the merger (had it's faults of course) and lousy post-merger.

As an OFS the bloating may have been true; however, I did not see it my division, sans agile teams.

The one thing I can tell you is that the culture was AMAZING at OFS. I trusted my leadership and they trusted me. I was happy to or my tail off and do things out of my lane. People cared for each other and the clients. People happily worked extra hours. Now, people are so unhappy and are leaving. People are doing the bare minimum. Again, the pre merger culture was top notch. Now, I want out because of all of the changes and the fact that we do not care for our associates. If we do not care for associates, the client care falls through the floor. It makes me sad.

The merger has hurt both FD and Fiserv. Fiserv is bloated and unmanageable. The good days are in the rearview mirror.
