Doesn’t Matter if you a manager or not respected each other! And then play liking each other! Hypocrites are all over anyways.

Everyone should respect everyone weather you are a manager or associate. It doesn't bother me if someone does not like me. I treat everyone with courtesy and kindness, so if they don't like me its their problem not mine.
