In our club, the membership representative, or training sales manager walks around all day pushing the cos and cashiers to get her numbers! Pretty much everyone at the front end has to make her pay check! While she plays big manager lol
Membership Representative or Training and Sales Manager as they call it now. I hear if you don’t get the numbers then the pay sucks. I also head a manager say a lot of people in the role are failing and being coached. Ours quit nearly 5 months ago now. Even the GM wasn’t sure if they wanted to even open the position up.
