Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Have you delayed RTO at Bank of America?

I work for a small regional bank in North West, we are slammed with Covid and we were closed a few days. Anyhow, I wanted to see if you are RTO anytime soon - our management typically copies whatever big banks do. Good luck.

Week-to-week. All employees who can WFH supposed to WFH this week and last, unless they have a negative COVID test in hand for admittance to office.

RTO continues. I had a co-worker scheduled to return Jan. 12. Received an email saying as of Jan. 12 they are officially a “work from office” employee, however as noted in week to week communication, they are not to go to office this week unless they bring a negative COVID test. Email is intended to communicate that after the week to week ends expected to RTO even for those who had RTO dates during this week to week “posture”.

people need to stop parroting the word "posture"...it's the same "posture" we are in when in the office or at home.

I RTO'd in September, until they told us to work from home after the new year. It's been a week to week game ever since. Not sure what they are thinking.

Week to week decisions are being made. We are currently in a WFH posture for this week.
