They decided on budgets months ago. The ratings handed out are not determined by the employees' performances. They're determined by budget cuts and favoritism. You could work your brains out and get a cr---y review because a leader is saving the money for his/her pets. If high standards were involved, BP would have been gone long ago.
It was painful. I would have rather had BP and his band perform North Star over Carrollton. EB was fired up, PVR didn’t recognize an acronym of one of her own teams, and the HR lady won’t speak to anything until it has been officially announced. Too bad Brazil can’t see the North Star from the Southern Hemisphere.
This was painful. Lots of leaders patting themselves on the back. Few answers. Claims of being "transparent." But everyone should be happy to get an "Achieved" because TR has such high standards!
