Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

What’s this about?

New email saying RAM & Above can ignore any operations and need to focus on Covid protocols. Says guaranteed commission for Ram and above also. As much as I’d like to think this is kind of them. I’m sure they have a reason

The New Sprint. HR is being run by the HR person who came to the "New T-Mobile" from Sprint. Many of the former Sprint employees I work with say she's doing things that failed at Sprint 5 years ago. Much like all the failed Sprint ideas that ki---d the Old Sprint. When the stock price goes below 100, we'll see how really happy everyone is.

lol
I LOVE how this company pretends all of these issues just sprang up.
Like it hasn’t been this way since we went “business as usual” in like October 2020.

How sad, weak. Pathetic actually. Come in "where you enjoy free lunch" and get a test kit, catch COVID because we know it's asymptomatic and spreads to others. Now that's a trade off for the ages.

CONSULT to Stay Healthy Together paragraph? Is that a proofreading error (did she mean continue?) or intentionally vague? Take advantage of flexible working arrangements? What are they? Like self managing? I don't "feel well".

How insulting. When is bonus day?

Email from HR late this afternoon mandating weekly Covid Tests (that will be provided to you to take home and perform there on your own/send back results) if you work in the big offices in Bellevue, Overland Park and/or Plano. These are offices where you can't get in unless you have registered with the company that you are fully vaccinated.

Wasting tests for those who are vaccinated and show no symptoms...

Jon Freier got a bunch of feedback last Friday about people being overwhelmed in stores due to staffing crunch. This sounds like a helpful response to pleas for help.

Kind? Safer bet is yes, there is a reason. Ignored the issue, reality is front and center, and perhaps they could be fearing liability? Kindness, no.

Because stores are so short staffed and filled with customers, it's kind of hard to do mandatory returns, stock rebalances, schedule early for device and SIM counts, etc. And of course, some absolute id--t is going to pretend that "DURRR HURR SMRA IS INCOMPETENT" when I've seen plenty of eediots in T100 that couldn't manage a bowl of pudding, let alone a store.

Most everyone in SMRA has zero experience and it is imploding.
