Even without the 100 employee requirement or if the Fed Contractor rule is struck down, Ford still has the right to required vaccination under state laws (although Texas and Florida have generous loopholes). Ford is not going to walk it back.

Its telling that Ford can't afford to lose business with the Federal Government. I guess you make contract with the devil you pay the consequences. But who knows maybe Ford is going to exempt many Salary Employees. Still find it weird that federal contractor status doesn't apply to the people building and physically in the building involved in putting the government ordered vehicles together.
