Hans and the VZ leadership are all globalists and couldn’t give a cr-p about you
Wow! Looks like deferred executive compensation and EIP has struck a nerve of the undeserving many at the top. Oh well.
All these posts are the OP.
He isn't getting enough outraged responses from everyone else so he's pretending to be the angry mob he was hoping for. Keep trying. No-one really cares here.
They might listen to you in china... after they harvest your organs.
Executive comp deferred tax provisions is the best license to steal from the taxpayers and shareholders ever! Hans the monz is the the exception to the get woke go broke rule. Then again rules are not for the1%, they are for you and me and everyone else.
One key thing the list does not split out is salary vs stock/etc. Salary does not equal compensation. All these guys are paid a few million in salary each year - the vast majority is tied up in stock which is NOT salary. They have to exercise options to realize any 'earnings' off those stock options and most leave it alone year over year.
HV for example:
$1,500,000 Base Pay
$3,637,500 Bonus + Non-Equity Incentive Comp
$5,137,500 Total Cash Comp
Above is his SALARY
$13,300,074 Stock Award Value
$660,008 Total Other (Long Term Bonus)
$19,097,582 Total Compensation
@2wtk+1eMacVQi, English is no longer the lingua franca at the company.
@2lvl+1eMacVQi. English please
The Viking is Blackrock, the 2nd largest shareholder's man on the job, then again he also sits on the board of Blackrock. This would also explain a lot of the lefty kumbaya DEI woke and vaxx pushing nonsense. So who there represents 'all' of the shareholder's interests?
@1kzq+1eMacVQi: You seem disproportionately upset by the way people are reacting to your post. Did you think everyone would be outraged by HVs salary? Sure, the jealous among us will be. Those who think he's doing a bad job will be. Anybody in a leadership position will always make some happy and some unhappy... it's inevitable. It is also inevitable that, no matter how much you make, there will be someone that wi) be jealous that you make more than they do.
“Who cares what he makes. Focus on yourselves. If you don't like your job, if it's not your chosen career, why get upset? Save yourselves the grief. Focus up and go find a better job somewhere else”.
Blah, blah, blah. Hey bootlicker: you can still “focus” on yourself, career, etc AND have issues with CEO salaries. Not everyone is as one-dimensional as yourself.
Needs to be in top 50 if not top 10. Lets layoff some more and increase his bonus

Well, good for him! If my long term plan stays on track, I'll be CEO of some company or other. Within six years. I'm aiming to be in the top 25, though.
It figures that the corporate "Grim Reaper" would have one of the highest salaries. His salary is high, his performance is horrible...typical
I think that Hans and the BOD need to be looked at by the Feds.
