Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

25 Electronic Solutions gone the first week of January

Heard 25 ES gone first week of Jan. Implied it wasn't due to mandate (like that's believable).
Wasn't clear if lay off or voluntary. Wait though paid vacation & holidays to quit?

soo many jobs out there right now.
Delay, stall, and hope the labor market cools down seems to be the strategy.
Nothing beats CASH IN HAND.
Honeywell will promise raises and bonuses but you won't see anything until late March at earliest even though managers must complete reviews this week. Maybe you will see nothing. The Electronic Solutions president did send that letter basically saying .. "No MIP this year..."

The rush to complete HPD reviews could be a sign they are trying to identify the block 1/2 people ahead of retention actions. Almost certainly stock options which are basically worthless. Honeywell is at the peak. It will drop back into the 180's when the DOW wises up and drops the underperforming stocks.

Seems like that is a low number. I know of many who left voluntarily because of mandate not waiting for leave.
