Glassdoor Top 100

I wonder why Fiserv didn't make Glassdoor Top 100 places to work. Oh right, because that's actually based on what EMPLOYEES think of the company. Makes sense now!
I'm sure the Fortune World's Most Admired is a bigger prize anyway.

@rqn+1eMrLQNL Youre a glass half empty person, huh? Fiserv used to be a good company. Not great but fair. People USED to MAKE A DIFFERENCE. A lot of talent and managers that were passionate and understood that employees should be valued. Not all of them - but most of them. The CEO's understood that it is all about the people. Frank is the cancer. He was the cancer for First Data too. YES there are companies that will value and appreciate you and compensate you accordingly. Stop making it sound like the people need him. Its not "FRANK MAKES A DIFFERENCE" its PEOPLE.... And Frank and his C suite cronies don't care about the people. He has proven that.

To the id--t who has all negative votes... Nobody believes any company is perfect, but many people, unlike yourself, see the writing on the wall. Keep your job and keep smiling in the office. Remember, MANY offices were closed down and yours might very well be next. You might also be downsized, reorganized or given a HORRIBLE manager!

In any case, the nature of your comment proves that you are ignorant, delusional and downright stupid.

Good luck with your career at fiserv. Youll need it.

Again, one person who professes to speak for the rest of us who are Fiserv proud to work for a great company (perfect, no). But to all who believe the perfect company is out there buyer beware.

Alpharetta seems to have lost the cafeteria. A wonderful place and food very good, but of course with 18 emps in the building ....... I wonder if the floor by floor coffee is still there too. Nothing like making RTO a really fun thing is there.

I wish Glassdoor had a better way of validating reviews. You will see many real reviews and after 3 or 4 of those, you get the ridiculous 4 and 5 star ones that you know aren't real. I do not know one person who is happy and I have been with both companies for 20+ years so I know a lot of people. Is it possible that there are some kool aid drinkers who have no clue .... maybe but not probable.
