- the majority of employees do not know this board exists. Frankly I would be surprised if 5% knew.
- off the the populatuon who does know of this board, only a percentage have even seen this post.
- so yes, it does speak volumes to me that this many people have cast their down vote for his performance.
- out in the employee populatuon, someone with such a low job performance, as perceived by their peers, would be gone.

Yep, Frank is seen as an inspirational leader by Fiserv associates.
Maybe if he took us all to dinner, we'd have a different impression, like a poster mentioned on another thread.

One thing I suspect is that the vast majority of associates will agree that Frank is doing a horrible job as CEO. This consensus no doubt exists whether vaccinated or unvaccinated, pro-mandate or anti-mandate, OFD or OFS, liberal or conservative, old-timer or newbie. Just one h-ll of a horrendous job from the perspective of your average associate who gets the work done from day to day...

They do not care what associates think about the sr leadership or the board…for a public company they don’t publicize the board meetings on Fuel…unless it’s the annual meeting and as associate shareholder you will never know about the board meetings for this public company. Golden parachutes for all sr leaders….morale will never get better…too much damage has been done…don’t waste your future here.

Yeah, you can upvote and downvote more than once, but if someone's willing to go out of their way to do that it just places emphasis on the disgust.
FYI - you can easily upvote/downvote more than once on this site.
HR is attempting to get an active user count.
Number of views does not equal the number of readers. Every time you refresh the page the view count goes up.
Frank will just hire a bunch of people in NJ and their only job will be to hit the thumbs up on OP.
