What does SB will be announced this week mean? She being fired.. "separated" from Cisco. lol?
That is correct, not many in the field are making quotas. Most are making half what they usually make. Quotas are messed up and SB does not want to take responsibility. This is directly attributing to the high attrition. Lack of accountability and leadership continues out of her.
The VP of global security sales and VP of security engineering are in over their heads. They are good people managers but they are far from being executives that their titles require.

Is it true only 25% of GSSO sellers are making their number. What happened that caused that.
Based on the quality and number of directors that have left under SB and her VP Engineering friend, it is clear that GSSO is very dysfunctional. When only growing 1% and the industry is growing double digits, there is clearly a lack of sales leadership. Competitors that have worse solutions are growing double digits so can’t blame it on the products only.
GSSO has executive leadership issues on both the sales and engineering side. To the post below about quotas, you are spot on. It is a disgrace that the field is paying the price for the incompetence of the leadership which is why so many have left. One can only hope there are changes very soon for sales and engineering.
I don't think SB is leaving, certainly not this H1...maybe end of the FY if the numbers suffer back to back....what is worrying is how many of the GSSO folks are hovering around less than 50% of their H1 number .... quite a few folks will leave if the silly quotas continue and people continue to struggle to hit even 50% of goal.....right now I'm not sure if the current attrition levels are any worse than most other security vendors

Lot of folks from SBG went to GCP. Other than JL and a few random folks before the holidays, which notable names have left GSSO? Very quiet after the shutdown.
