Why coerce a risky experimental shot, that CDC admits has caused over a million severe side effects and 21,000 deaths? It doesn't prevent infection and it doesn't prevent transmission, so what's the point? If Covid symptoms are less severe if you take the shot, how come there were more Covid deaths in 2021 than in 2020? Making employees choose between their health and their job is disgusting, unethical, and most likely illegal.
Honeywell historically only followed GE's bad ideas, so I doubt they'll be copying GE on the Vax mandate.
Too late to save those talented, young engineers that have already given notice.
Honeywell leaderships inability to communicate the complicated nature of mandates is clear evidence why i dont trust them. They were not able to look at the dozens of legal challenges and just pick a stand and say
we dont know...we are preparing for mandates but just do not know how it will play out. We want you to be safe and encourage vaccines but respect you to make good decisions. We value you and absolutely will not take any action until this is settled."....
Or
we believe vaccines are the only solution. We respect your opinion and wish you well in your career. Good bye. This is the sole position of honeywell without compulsion.
