Yes. I got a $15k signing bonus, doubled my pay and I got a promotion.
let's see...I got a $15k sign on bonus, permanent work from home anywhere I want, $200k in RSUs, and my pay increased so much that I max out my HSA and 401k (previously just did the match) and STILL have more take home than I did at WF.
Yes! 30% pay increase, better benefits, more vacation days, better hr systems, and flexibility to choose IF I want to go into the office. Leaving WF and the banking industry overall was the best decision ever!
Zero regrets. Best decision I've made in my career. 25% pay increase. Employee-friendly atmosphere, less stress, so much more flexibility and family-friendly.
My regret is not leaving this toxic wasteland sooner. Middle managers were all talk. My latest (I had 4 in 10 years) two were useless and knew little about the business we supported. I'd been thinking about leaving for 3 years, but was afraid to take the leap.
If you are miserable, just look around for other opportunities. Make the move. You won't regret it.
Much greener. I got a large pay increase, love my boss, way less work and stress, a better title, and I am respected and valued. I would never go back to Wells.

Absolutely is, especially if you’re able to retire, as I did. No more corporate BS, egos, blah, blah, blah.

Had to move on regardless. Terrible company with a terrible reputation, terrible two faced management and terrible trajectory. I would have been laid off or let go under Charlie anyways.
So it's kinda irrelevant about the grass being greener per se. Wells Fargo needs to be broken up, period.
It really depends on the amount of sh-t piled up on that grass. And WF has a ton of sh-t piled up on its grass

Moneywise, definitely. 30% increase and my retirement plan is now better off. However, I'd be honest, I do miss my work at Wells. Sometimes, I lie awake at night, hoping Wells had the same compensation. But oh Well!

It’s often greener. Sometimes it’s just as green. No dead or weeds yet in my experience. The best difference is decisive management at my new company that is focused on growth and not on diversity checklists and woke principles.

It’s A LOT greener. Do you know how many times I’d be embarrassed to tell someone where I worked when asked? I now have a fully remote job making 30k more than I was making at hells fargo. He-l, last week I was working on the beach. Life is a lot better now.
This layoff group is the best and busiest one.
Small wonder for a company that should have dissolved and bankrupt only 3 years ago.

No, I don’t regret leaving. Been gone for a few months, got a huge pay raise and like my boss. All better than wells.

OK, I'll bite. Of course it is greener, other wise those who left the bank wouldn't have gone in the first place. If it isn't, then they didn't do their due diligence in arriving at the decision to leave. Does that answer your pathetic question?
