My job was replaced during a protected leave of absence I was told not to get ahold of Sedwick and I will not lie I was confused. When I went to work after 6 days off they had me at 4.5 points. The Gm lied to me and said I would not lose any money. She also STRAIGHT looked at me and said I need fresh eyes in the club and that was before my leave. When I explained that she was going to get the paperwork from Sedgwick that my leave was approved the only thing she said was I wish you wouldn't have done that. And I was closed thinking they had me at 4.5 points she said it would have been taken care of I said they had me at the points for 2 days I didn't think I had a choice. I really didn't understand untill one of the assistant managers said you are about to get alot of money and once again I was lost. I said no they told me I would get paid because it was a covid leave. I was told the market manager said go ahead and file. The funny part is they really do not know how many pictures I took of all of it. The worst thing was the fact that one of the so called managers was so scared to find another job he threatened everyone in the fresh departments. Ethics at walmart said we can't help you the open door is broke and I think it's time for someone to fix it. I am sure it will be deleted but all I could do is to try to put this out there.

I will start posting when it's the right time and I guess that is not now.
Between managers and team leads I have no clue how those places stay open.
I know this place like that back of my hand I could teach you so many things. 15 years of knowledge!!

This post makes no sense. COVID Loa has been in place for going on two years. Pay and procedures and info is all on the wire. You act like you’re friggin clueless. Read the info on wire and quit asking the managers. There are very few that actually know policy and procedure
