The lawsuits won't be for constitutional grounds, but for medical damages.

A company can enforce whatever rules it wants. If you don’t like it, leave. It’s called employment at will. Pertains to both parties. Move on already.
Enjoy the lawsuits, I guess. Companies that are stupid enough to continue the mandate without a government mandate to hide behind will get what they deserve in the form of lawsuits, increased insurance rates, and talent that avoids them like the plague (pun only partially intended.)
So what you're saying is Fiserv isn't the only company requiring the vaccine? It isn't even in a minority of companies but part of a large corporate conspiracy!

I caught COVID from someone who's not only vaxxed but boosted. And I'm hearing story after story from friends who are both vaxxed and unvaxxed catching cooties from vaxxed people! Sooooo, decide today that you'll stop blaming ONLY those who aren't vaccinated for prolonging this sh!t.
Since employees have little control over what employer wants to do, guess it's the customers' job to boycott to protect constitutional rights.

I'm fine with companies implementing their own mandates. I just wasn't a fan of them hiding behind the skirts of some government mandate that never should have seen the light of day.
All the talk on this site speaking of bringing lawsuits against Fiserv for their COVID mandate rules is just ridiculous. The recent decisions by the Supreme Court in no way prevent individual companies from implementing their own COVID mandates to protect the health of their workers and protect the company from huge health care costs mainly caused by the unvaccinated. As the earlier post shows there are scores of major US companies that are implementing their own COVID mandate rules. Yes the unvaccinated are indeed the problem and prolonging this pandemic. Just pitiful...
Here is a list of major companies who have already announced their vaccination mandate plans. Fiserv didn't even make the list! Lord knows how many other large companies are mandating some level of COVID mandate to protect their workers.

It is a vaccine, get over it. You will be fine. Children are required to be vaccinated before showing up to school in most states. Fiserv is a good company and we need to stop this crippling paranoia.
