At State Farm you pretty much have to "interview" each year to keep your job in a lot of departments. Your annual reviews there include this and they combine your metrics with your "interview" not just to determine if you get any small merit raise but to see if you are retained for the next year.

State Farm is just as bad, if not worse. Head on over to their layoff page homie. I know adjusters that worked there that literally had to interview for THE JOB THEY ALREADY WORK yearly.

The loss of customers due to terrible service and high prices is pressuring Wilson’s all important margins…….
So I guess it’s time to raise rates for those remaining customers that are already paying too much for Allsnake……
