First it was you have until January 4th, then February 15th, then hey human resources isn't feeling a warm and fuzzy feeling about approving religious accommodations which was sincerely held on my end, I have had covid 19 both the noval Corona virus in 2020 and end of last year. I am totally healthy person both times mild thankfully. I was advised to review medical accommodations as a option due to even if I wanted to get a shot I had to wait 30-90 days at minimal due to raised spike protein levels would deem not safe. So I saw my doctor and I was granted natural immunity for the next 6-10 months. Faxing in this week. Then they can leave me alone. If anything was proven by this pandemic is that you can do this role from home that you don't need to be in the office for any reason other than corporate micromanagement and maintaining office leases. Other than that it's useless. Mind you they won't mandate the retail stores but they'll mandate the other half of the company who drive the real markt share these days as retail is over saturation all day.
You will lock people out of their offices and deem them non compliance if they aren't vaccinated or in an accommodation status yet their wonderful FAQ states they willing to let in super Mario to fix bathrooms and elevator men to fix elevators with the same held beliefs yet they don't drive any money in for the company like we do..... everyone responsible for the FAQ and mandate needs to be liable for fear mongering and distress. If this company is about social causes like it I'd and BE YOU, the shot is no different, or else don't sit there and flex your about pro nouns women's rights LGBTQ BLM and then want to punch down on simple human rights called freedom of choice. The amount of talent this company will lose to others who don't care about mandates after SCOTUS decision are going to be on the right side of history. You think this stock dipped hard after covid and being hacked 4 times in two years wait til this place tries to shove this policy down their true talente throats this set this place back a few years.
Wake up T-Mobile, you were a great place to work during Legere but have since gotten diluted in the check off boxes game to look good on LinkedIn top places to work all while enforcing a policy of vaccine mandates so you can play nice the sandbox with uncle Sam so you keep your merger and tax breaks.
