Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Has T-Mobile made your exemption request easy?

We just wanted to come here to test the waters and see how many employees have had trouble requesting a religious exemption for the vaccine?

What has your experience been with T-Mobile, have they been friendly/professional and respected your position?

Do you feel that they’ve been overly intrusive? Do you feel they are treating you differently for the specific request… say maybe differently than somebody who request Sundays off to attend a church service or some time to pray?

We just want to understand if they are going out of their way to probe individuals and make this process cumbersome, difficult, or carousel with no resolution to your request.

Please provide and feedback, we are genuinely curious to hear more from those that have attempted to engage.

Sorry but you don't know either. My husband is a Doctor (I've probably outed myself now) and there is enough pro and con data to support different mitigation plans to manage covid. Shame on the company for not listening to both sides of the science and shame on them for being so political about this.

Frankly I am more concerned with the extra mHz of c band spectrum the competitors have as they will eat our lunch once they get past the FAA ordeal.

@2rvo+1eRcdZWg you know not of which you speak.
The mRNA vaccines were tested using stem cells from a fetal cell line acquired in the 1960s. In other words so far removed from an aborted fetus, that even the pope has said you have a moral obligation to receive the vaccine. Even Christian Scientists have not banned it. How's that for religious beliefs? Unless you have a documented medical reason (i.e. allergic to vaccine components, etc), there is NO reason not to get it other than pouting in a corner because someone said you should get it. Let the down votes begin.

No credible religion bans vaccinations. Period.

You are an i d i o t! Most everyone that I know that wants a religious exemption is asking for it because the vaccines were tested on aborted human fetuses. They created the vax via testing on aborted humans... that is the rub that most all of them have.

I am vaxxed, got all three and I support 100% people right to choose what goes into their bodies. I also believe 100% in MEDICAL PRIVACY!

If your religious reasons keep you from getting vaccinated, I better not see you eat anything with sugar or preservatives. That is worse than the vaccines. Remember, it’s not just about you. I try to do right more often than not, when I’m in heaven and find out you weren’t vaccinated, I will punch you right in St. Peter. Vax on vax off

I came in contact with someone who tested positive with covid and my manager told me I could go in after every other person would have to be off for 14 days. After other managers complained they "allowed me" to be off for 14 days. While I was off I was asked numerous times if I had been tested. When I came back my manage had 2 conversations with me over my covid leave. I went on leave shortly after for my back and a stress related pain disorder. When it was time for me to come back with accommodations they wanted me to give up my manager title and on top of that reduce my pay. Finding any excuse to have people quit even those with doctor accommodations.

The bottom line is that T-Mobile is just looking for an excuse to lay you off or fire you.

First it was you have until January 4th, then February 15th, then hey human resources isn't feeling a warm and fuzzy feeling about approving religious accommodations which was sincerely held on my end, I have had covid 19 both the noval Corona virus in 2020 and end of last year. I am totally healthy person both times mild thankfully. I was advised to review medical accommodations as a option due to even if I wanted to get a shot I had to wait 30-90 days at minimal due to raised spike protein levels would deem not safe. So I saw my doctor and I was granted natural immunity for the next 6-10 months. Faxing in this week. Then they can leave me alone. If anything was proven by this pandemic is that you can do this role from home that you don't need to be in the office for any reason other than corporate micromanagement and maintaining office leases. Other than that it's useless. Mind you they won't mandate the retail stores but they'll mandate the other half of the company who drive the real markt share these days as retail is over saturation all day.

You will lock people out of their offices and deem them non compliance if they aren't vaccinated or in an accommodation status yet their wonderful FAQ states they willing to let in super Mario to fix bathrooms and elevator men to fix elevators with the same held beliefs yet they don't drive any money in for the company like we do..... everyone responsible for the FAQ and mandate needs to be liable for fear mongering and distress. If this company is about social causes like it I'd and BE YOU, the shot is no different, or else don't sit there and flex your about pro nouns women's rights LGBTQ BLM and then want to punch down on simple human rights called freedom of choice. The amount of talent this company will lose to others who don't care about mandates after SCOTUS decision are going to be on the right side of history. You think this stock dipped hard after covid and being hacked 4 times in two years wait til this place tries to shove this policy down their true talente throats this set this place back a few years.

Wake up T-Mobile, you were a great place to work during Legere but have since gotten diluted in the check off boxes game to look good on LinkedIn top places to work all while enforcing a policy of vaccine mandates so you can play nice the sandbox with uncle Sam so you keep your merger and tax breaks.

That's my rant.

A truly caring employee who doesn't want to see you fail nor your stock go below $100.00 off leftist policies.

Get off your Neville Kool aid put that pot cookie down and for God sakes tighten the bolts on your towers or else we will never move forward against Verizon in 10 years or ever for that matter.

That's all I got.

T-Mobile has turned the whole vaccine mandate with religious and medical exemptions into a workplace harassment situation. Constantly threatening to place people on unpaid leave in January, then Feb and maybe into March if they keep kicking the can down the road. They know they can't lawfully fire protected classes, but want more time to find a way to fire people they disagree with.

If you think you're getting a religious exemption for this, I have some nice oceanside property in Kansas to sell you.

T-Mobile has done everything they can to put roadblocks in the way of employees attempting to get religious exemptions.

No credible polling organization or law firm would solicit the feedback that you requested in this forum.

Your forced use of fifty dollar words reveal a middling intellectual pedestrian attempting to communicate far beyond his depth in a transparent attempt to trick smarter people in this forum. Go play somewhere else little boy.

As my grandmother used to say, “Eat a bowl of hot d!ck$, troll.”
