Now that the courts have ruled against forced Vax. Is there anyway to have my Vax status records deleted? I feel like this was unlawful for Verizon to ask for it.

People living in the US use an article preceding the word “university”. For example: “a university”, like used in the term for example, “when you attend a university or college…”.

People from Asia & Europe would say the same term as, “when you attend university or college…”, minus the article “a”, as given in the first example, preceding the word university .

Spot on to the person below who identified that trait as coming from a foreigner. Puts it all very much into perspective.

If Verizon is mandating Vaccinations in the workplace then the customers homes and businesses will be considered the workplace.

Therefore vaccinations required in the workplace will mean ALL in the workplace will have to be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination including childeren 5 yrs and older.

I dont think you've taken into consideration all of the facts with your court case.

  1. HIV is just as deadly as the COVId but the ADA doesnt allow for the release of this information. See below it is protected.
  1. The release of my private medical information to other employees is on a need to know basis and must be proven that the other employees needed to know. See below, it is illegal.

Sounds like an interesting move that Verizon took.

lol at all the arm chair lawyering in this thread. From an actual employment lawyer:

  • OSHA can't mandate vaccinations
  • Companies can do whatever the F they want on vaccinations.

How could you have complained about releasing your health records to a school at the age of 5? Someone needs to go sit somewhere. I agree school's ask for the info up front before you enroll. This makes it a choice. It's not like your in school and then they say, "hey - give us your private health info or we will kick you out!!" . No, only Verizon acts this way. We should add that to the Credo. We value you only if you cooperate. Otherwise, your fired.

Verizon didn't ask if I had HIV, which is equally as deadly. Verizon didn't ask for my other health records which could be just as serious. They only asked for this Vax record. Preceding requests set the standard. This one off was a violation

Yet you didn't find it unlawful when you enrolled in school and your parents had to provide your vax records? Or even or if you attended university? Seriously? Go sit somewhere. And yes your employer can force you to produce vax records.

The courts did not rule against forced vax. Privately owned businesses can force it if they want. The GOVERNMENT can not mandate it.
