I had purchased a Samsung s20 in anticipation of AT&T 5G but no show for the service in my area after 2 years, switched to T-Mobile for a great rate too and "Bing" 5G everywhere! Thank you Mr. Stephenson!

Just to pre-empt the "What does this have to do with layoffs" Karen:

This is another example of how non responsive AT&T is to customer demand. This is a major market and AT&T is not planning, executing or competing. That means a competitor will continue to take market share from this mismanaged organization.

And that, dear Karen, means more AT&T layoffs.

My house in NJ is a "dead zone" for AT&T so I have t-mobile.

My rate is as good as the employee discount, and I won't even have to switch when I quit like everyone else does.

I enquired once if they were going to do anything about giving coverage and they never got back to me. If that's how they treat employees, I'd hate to be customer.
