Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

They must be joking with more layoffs

Who are they going to lay off? We have lost so many people to cuts, firings, resignations, and even covid that there's nobody left to get rid of. Those of us still here can barely cover all the work, we're desperate for some help. But instead of providing it, they want to lay off more of us? Are you fu----g kidding me?

Slaves have no control over their future. Slaves have no will of their own. Slaves do the work of three people and complain about mistreatment in private. Slaves enrich their masters.

If this describes your experience as a T-MO employee, maybe a slave is what you are.

Lot of detail, thank you.

In the information emailed recently regarding testing in large locations, the FAQs indicate a booster is not required. Is this not true?

They should lay off HR. They do nothing but layoffs. I have created an app that can put together the layoff severance that can be digitally signed. T mobile stock will be under 100 next week. Then watch the layoff parade.

What? High-fives from Mike and Jon yesterday didn’t make it any better?

Post from TheLayoff.com

Easier to get around the WARN 60 day notice requirements of a layoff when a particular line of business with less than 50 employees in a single location is done. While I agree there are layoffs occurring, they're not happening at a large level. That will come.

Poor T-Mobile...can't figure out which employee is actually working vs the one that's just logging in for the day and is MIA. Company has a lot of dead weight that needs to be shed asap. There are so many useless managers and senior managers. Layoffs are happening. Just because you don't hear about it, doesn't mean it's not happening. They recently had a round of layoffs - some from Overland Park, Texas, Nevada and Philly were let go. Funny none of you know about this and is still living in the illusion that T-Mob is the best place to work.

There's still a crapton of fluff. Most of it in HR. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting an HR person.
