I received an offer that includes much better benefits and I don't think I will hesitate for long.
Maybe I would stay here for a while longer if I was sure that my benefits here would not change for the worse, but my personal impression is that it is very likely that it will happen. What do you think?

You are blessed. Take the offer. GE is a sinking ship.
Here is a good one. If you are outside the Milwaukee area and want pregnancy and birth coverage -- you must drive to Milwaukee while you or your partner are in labor.
There are discounts/free urgent care clinics but the nearest one is 137 miles away.
At one time GE was generous electric! Those days are over. Health Care is costly and 401 ok but nothing to talk about.
Yup, take the offer elsewhere, NOT GE Healthcare.
Take the offer. Benefits will never improve.
