I'm not going to go into why leaving right now is the best possible time, others have already said and repeated the reasons many times. I'm just getting tired of hearing about people wanting to leave, people getting ready to leave, people hoping to leave, while at the same time everybody stays exactly where they are. If you're going to leave, just do it. Fifteen announcements without follow-through are getting tiresome.
