JPM makes a net profit of what, $50 billion+ plus and brags every quarter how well they are doing. Manager says in compensation meeting that the only people eligible for the yearly compensation bonus are associates and above. If you are below a 601 all you get is an hourly raise increase. Manager says the firm considers the overtime you work as your bonus. F-Them! That overtime was time required to finish projects not a bonus. Let's see how many people leave now!

Let's see how many people leave the next month since they think if you are not at a manager's level your work is sh*t and anyone can do it. Maybe this is their plan to get rid of as many people to outsource the work and not have to pay unemployment benefits?
I agree with you! Next time they come out with their pandering petty donation to black causes, Christmas for the poor, back to school supply drive etc. let them fund it by themselves or the managers that they cherish so much. They will not get a cent from me!
That's why it's called a bonus as its extra. You want a big base as they cant be taken away chief
