Stankey is always a day late and a dollar shot. What a loser. It took him this long to figure out that the T stores are trash? No wonder T continues to lose marketshare.
This is a result of the top down. Lead a company poorly and you expect it to be top of the line? Ridiculous.
Change comes from the top. Respect. Leadership. Compassion. When you tell your employees they are just another mouth to feed and continue to remove their benefits, it’s a bit disheartening and disrespectful.

The company has been telling us to be di-ks to customers for the past 30 years. It’s just so hard to fathom why they wouldn’t like us.
