The Bjs contract required US based reps. If they can offshore the jobs there will be layoffs, no matter how many new clients there are.
We will be okay? How much of your day is spent on BJ's? I know mine is at least 70%. Do you really believe they are going to allow all CSR's to sit around and twiddle their thumbs 70% of the day?
We were a company long before BJ's came along.
They didn't make us.
We will be ok.
I am glad I left that place. I have never been happier to not be at a job.
