Was that THE consent order? I thought there were several "consent orders".
Does this mean the chains are off?

Um.... there's still a dozen more consent orders the bank is still under as well as the asset cap, which isn't going away anytime soon
Hate to burst your bubble
It's about time. The work on that consent order was completed years ago and we've been waiting for the OCC to sign off on it forever. Onward.
On the right path but we still have a lot of work to do.
How many consents do we have open currently?
still profits over people - customers or employees.
Charlie can now check a box
Lol clearly no one knows what actually went on so I’ll say it. The 2015 consent order was “closed” and replaced with a new one. Smoke and mirrors at its finest. The work is not done..
When you look at it one way the glass is actually 1/10th full
It only took 6 years.
Can’t wait to see how long the others take.
A little good news for a change. That's probably why MN retired and why the stock has been up lately. Any further gains are probably already baked in but I'll take it.
“Thoughts?” I’m just waiting for the other foot to drop. It’s always something at Wells Fargo. One mess cleaned up, ten more around the corner.🤷🏻
I have no thoughts on this.
Charlie never gets anything done, why donwe even have him here!
It's about time for some good news on progress. Hoping the stock price continues to climb so I can dump all of mine for something more stable and with better growth potential.
