Illegal Access to Personal Mbl Grounds for Lawsuit

If you do not give the company access to your personal phone (i.e do NOT use Sparq or other company software) then they can be sued in a Federal Court. I know of at least one Associate Director who logs into employees computers AND their personal mbl device. It's just wrong and illegal.

Has anyone noticed that Hello Windows requires you to use your cell phone? You have the option to download an app or use text. Either way, personal mobile device is required.

Better educate OPTUM AMS team upper management that has employees using their personal cell phones to download client apps for access to client systems. Team asked questions in 2020 about this and were bullied by an upper manager to agree to proceed using personal phones for this.

Unless they bought it and pay the monthly bill there is no way on God's green acre I will EVER put one of their apps on my personal device. I also don't use their cr---y healthcare but rather my husband's so they don't have my personal health information.

You do not have to give your employer access to your personal devices... as long as you aren't using them for company business.
Keep it separate, always!
