5G is indeed the next evolution of Wireless. However Hans was trying to sell it as a revolution that people will be clamoring for. The new application will come in due time. This is not a quantum leap
@datw+1eTvvWxC correct. in the citites.

In all honesty, I have never once heard anyone mention 5G. It’s just not something people want.
But meh FiOS is der best fer union tuff.

Total Con Artist. But he had the BOT believing him. Then again they believed Lowell. And they Believed Ivan. And they believed Chuck. They all made out. Their close friends and family made out. The shareholders, like the customers and the employees, not so much.

there are about a dozen 5g home subs in Chicago. 10 already placed cance orders. they cant tolerate the rain and snow disrupting the weak signal.
uwb 5g works if you live within 20 meters of the 10 cell sites in secondary markets. you must be technical to perform a self install and enjoy cancer causing radiation in your home.
When I try to check on 5G Home, they try to sell me DSL……I think we’ve got a way to go here before we’re wire free.

5G is Euro Global B$. There was never any serious business cases run showing positive NPV. That is a fact!
5G is just average. Get over it. Can you use your phone/tablet now?
Well, guess what… 5G will let you use your phone/tablet.
But only if you are well within the extremely high EMF and microwave field, not near an airport, and we’re d-mb enough to think it would work inside a building.
Cr-p product.
I tried to sign up for FiOS today in California. The sales rep in the Verizon store looked at me sideways.
I'm thinking none of those "90 million" customers were within 2 miles of an airport.
This is the same PR "stunt" they pulled when they "rolled out" the "first" 5ghee system a few years back
