If so, was testing a part of the accommodations and if so, what was the protocol (frequency, cost etc) for that? Please only answer if you have received an exemption.

You 1diots have no idea why I have an exemption. Speculate all you want. Cry that I am putting you at risk. Raise your voice that everyone should be jabbed or be fired or arrested. You are assuming the worst and it would not make any difference if you knew the reason. You would cry about that as well. P1ss off.
Why does any non bargained employees give a ratz azz if union employees are vaccinated? Matter of fact, why do you care if Union "sc-m" have any benefits at all? Think about it. You are sore because AT&T is having their way with you, and you are bending over saying "Thank you Stankey, may I have another". This is not the fault of the Union, nor the people that deal with that dirty word "Customers", the ones that pay our salaries. Well I'm sure someone will say "Because I come in contact with Union employees!!". Well I'll bet you come in contact with the public every day off of the job, save it for someone less gullible.
You will receive them rectally weekly
So it's better to be lucky than smart. Got it.
Yeah man, there's no fixing stupid. And they all probably have a few older relatives with the same mindset dying 5-15 years younger than they properly should have. Some of them might change their mind about a 15 minute CVS appointment after the funeral but most will come on here and still cry "FREEDOMMMMMMM!!!!!"
The CDC study found that in a group of 1.2M people who were fully vaccinated between Dec 2020 and Oct 2021, 36 of them had a death associated with COVID-19 -- and that of those 36 people, 28, or about 78%, had at least 4 of 8 risk factors.
Compared to 850,000 dead so stop spreading the lies on here

Forgot to mention. No testing is required. I was tested 2 times for what was just a bad cold just to be sure. Once by my GP and once by the specialist to verify my bad cold.
I have a medical exemption. My job is no different and I have not missed a day in 21 years. I report as usual. Boss man is supposed to provide masks to wear and I received about 200 or so in a box one day. My title is comm tech and I am assigned to power system maintenance. If I see more than 5 people at work in a week I am lucky as most central offices are not manned. I know 2 others that have exemptions and business as usual for them as well.
