A lot of it really depends on who your manager is at that time.
I've had consecutive "exceeds" followed by "needs improvement", where the only difference is the manager writing the report. My job didn't change, and I sure didn't get any worse at it.
These reviews are pure BS, and only turn good employees into bad employees.
On our team the two hardest workers got exceeds and consistently exceeds. The others got meets and lower. shrug always comes down to the manager. Don’t like it find a new one.
Forget working hard for Wells Fargo. The office politics toxic people rule Wells Fargo. All Wells Fargo corrupt managers and those deadbeats, older timers are friends, partners and allies join at the hip. Wells Fargo is going to die from these inside scoundrels.
