Sustainability and remote work

Just watched BM at the World Economic Forum and his push for sustainability. So why the push for back to the office? Feel like it’s counterproductive to the push for sustainability. Makes no sense to me. We are already home-ahead of the green game. Why go backwards? Words vs action? Remote work is helping to achieve out sustainability goals, is it not?
