Did you hear about the NFL racism lawsuit? No matter how woke the NFL is, it isn't woke enough for some. Take now Ford, your wokeness won't save you!!
I wonder how much money Bill doled out to make the group demanding Ford stop building police cars go away.
He’s probably meeting with “ community leaders” now to schedule employee based neighborhood cleanups this Spring
Botox Bill. That should be his new nickname.
You are correct, some have been been here longer than others
All races have been on the earth the same amount of time, can't get more equal
opportunity than that, don't like the outcome look in mirror.
It was removed because this is a layoff-centric site, not a virtual Klan rally
They've even spun border security as racist. As of having a border, something that defines a nation, is somehow evil. Absolutely, crazy that big media, big tech, and big industry had some how managed to push that false narrative.
Anything that doesn't go along with woke mentality is racist. Diversity is non white. A white man from a southern state? - not diverse. A non white person from UM? - diverse.
That poster may not know the actual definition of racist. It is not defined as " anything that I don't agree with and won't fit in my narrow narrative" which has now infected the minds of too many.
Which racist comments are you referring to? I archived the thread before it was pulled.
Ford doesn’t own this site and has no influence over what gets written and what gets nuked here. My two cents, the thread got polluted with racist comments and site mods deleted it.
The comments were critical of wokeness and social justice, therefore they were not diverse, equal, and inclusive . Which is ironic since we have to accept the DEI point of view, and no other..
Perfect example of Cancel Culture at work - discussion cancelled.
The only way we can reach inclusiveness is to exclude ….
Who moderates this site and has ability to delete comments?
There was no violation. Ford HR just didn't like the discussion. Didn't fit the narrative that they want to force upon the company.
But surprisingly, this company was founded on and supposed to focus on the design/engineer/test/manufacture of automobiles and trucks. Reality is, that it is focused on social justice. The auto business side just keeps us occupied while we carry out the primary social narrative.
