Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Store manager incentive question

The Store manager incentive plan located in my HR states you need to be actively employed on March 1 in order to receive your bonus payable March 15.

Does this mean if I quit on March 2 I will still get my bonus? Or do I need to stay until it hits the bank account at midnight on the 15th?

Well, I took the advice of the people who said stay. Almost there. Managers can see the bonus on 3/11 on myHR of your d bag DL deliver their reviews and comp sheets yet like mine. I am handing in my keys on 3/15 with no notice. Enjoy F**ko

I would stay until it hits your bank. Was with the company for 11 years and saw many managers lose their bonus because they weren't employed on the 15th. 3 of us left last year right after the bonus payout, pretty much gave our DL a heart attack. 4 more have told me they are leaving after the 15th this year! Good luck everyone, the pastures are greener out there! Oh and the stress is gone!!!

Yes. I see that in the document. Called HR and the “experts” say I need to be there until 3/15.

you must be employed on the 1st for it to be paid out. its in the document

Stay until the money hits your bank account. They will find a way to $crew you somehow.
