Nobody would want to work for such company that are rigid and force policies on employees. This old mo-o tradition of working from office - 5 days a week need to stop. Heard from multiple friends of mine who work from BAML that they are having tremendous difficulty recruiting talent due to their stance on remote work. The C suite is aware and is exploring the idea of offering a hybrid schedule for most teams. Any company that refuses to adopt a remote and/or hybrid option will not survive moving forward. The world has changed and things will not ever go back to the were before.
They need to pay people more to keep people.
I told you mofos that they weren't laying anybody off. They don't have enough people here to layoff and can't find mutherfuhkers to work here. This company is one big shlithole and mismanaged by so many inexperienced, incompetent leaders. This company needs to start paying a decent cost of living salary for people at the bottom . Employees will continue to do a half a-s job and leave when something better comes along. I don't care if the company did 32 billion last quarter . Some of that money needs to trickle down to the front line workers. Instead we have these coward azz leaders holding conference calls from their basement.
