Has any got a medical approval (non covid related) by applying for mywork medical accommodation, but months later still not showing up as "my work associate" in flagscape? Only got an email from HR that says I'm approved indefinitely or until follow up.
Is this a different arrangement? I did apply through mywork
MyWork is an official program, more than just a status on your Connections profile. You need to follow up with your mgr to find out the status of your MyWork transition, or if the LOB just granted you WFH privileges without putting you in the MyWork program. You'll know once you're in. There will be required training and equipment provisioning that you will need to complete.
I've been WFH for years. Genuine ADA reason. Your work address my stay as an office location, mine is. It's an odd setup but the only reason I can come up with is they use the work address for ENACT. I wouldn't worry, you're covered under ADA. If you have a permanent condition, you're fine.
I got a permanent medical accommodation and was put in the Mywork program, but HR fought hard against it. I'm sure they were waiting for me to resign instead during the extended decision period.

I'm really glad to see they are giving medical accommodation. I don't need one but it does warm my heart to see that people can get them. I actually do like this company.
Medical accommodation is not my work. It falls under ADA.
