Are raises given at the same time bonus’s are? I swear if they don’t give me a 10%+ raise I’m out

Good luck with that.
Ask somebody in HR to dig back into the archives for the last time inflation was rising. Ask them what the salary raises were in those years. They weren’t in the range of what you’re expecting. Abs at that time, the company was consistently profitable and dominant. Not living quarter by quarter.
Pay rise for those lucky to get one will be after STI probably effective April and announced March. Many will get nil despite rampant inflation. Agree with others probably done so more resign after STI. There is going to be a lot of unhappy employees in a few months more so than already, this is the 1st time for a while inflation is high.
Just quit now...
If you didn’t get the nod from your manager during review then you can expect 7%. If your manager did give you the hat tip at review to be patient then you’re getting 15-20%
You are very optimistic to think you’re getting a raise, and 10%.
Raises are generally not given, and when the miracle happens, it’s 2.5% max.
You’d think after a ton of resignations.. they may want to promote or give large raises to those who stay right? WRONG. Congrats you have now doubled your workload and are going to still not get a promo / raise. They’ll just bring their friends from other companies to fill the space and pay them nice :)
Yes, the below was confirmed with an email to management. No actual date given for raises or promotions. No mention of why the process was changed, but it appears obvious. Upper management is preparing for a great sti resignation. Let's wait a few weeks after sti is paid and the dust settles to see what is left before we talk about raises or promos.
Hold on tight, you are about to get your coworkers workload if they leave. Yippee!
sti paid on 2/25.
raises or lack thereof will come after sti and after q1.
changing process this year presumably so they have time to cull the herd before the end of q1. no need to give raises to folks that quit after their bonus or folks that are part of a planned rif before the end of q1.
A raise at this company? Better start applying elsewhere.
