It’s good news but we should have been deploying fiber the past 20 years. Allowed Comcast to dominate the entire footprint. Randall Stephenson, Stankey , and the board really screwed over the company badly and they reward /enrich themselves still. Randy is still collecting millions as a part time employee or consultant. All should go to jail. They all the biggest thieves.
This is exciting news. Once we offload WM , this will allow us to fucus on being what we use to be "telco" money making machine. Back to basics, Fiber and Wireless!
AT&T should have a press conference, to explain why they’ve squandered subsidies and purposely neglected to provide even a paltry 25 mbps service, to many of their customers.
Was waiting to see how this board would spin the gigify announcement in a negative fashion.
