There is no need for layoffs since there is a natural attrition occuring where it saves the company severence while rehiring isn't an issue since the brand speaks for itself until those newcomers starts immersing themselves with the BS that happens here.
The internal jab mandate along with treating people like sh1t for so many years means that layoffs are not needed. Those within three years of retirement will stick it out. The rest are planning their escapes.
350 in the US that are on unpaid leave.
The last day of all the people on unpaid leave because of their vaccination status will be Friday 1/28. I think you could call that a layoff.
Does anyone have any idea how many people we're talking about company wide or per business unit?
What’s your name so we can lay you off. Since people can post anonymously. We’ll just keep laying people off until we reach your name.
However, if you give us your name. You’re laid off today.
There’s no one left to lay-off in Aero CLW. Most of the talent has walked out the door in the last 2 years. Most of the few remaining have plans to leave.
The result of short term thinking. By the time they figure out there is a fire, it will have burned the forest down. So glad I am out of that hellhole.
Too busy cooking the year end books for Feb 3 to worry about that now.
No need to layoff when you have tons of people leaving…
Uh, I know of many (Not personally) that are no longer here.
Sure, if you want to parse words they weren't laid off but they certainly let go. Some are administrative leave.
I tend to count all reductions in one bucket regardless of how you want to classify the termination.
The footprint team had a lot of turnover.
Unless I missed something.
